Welcome to Episode 4 of “How to build your Resilience”!

Confidence is our balance of positive and negative thoughts about whether we can perform specific tasks, as well as our general balance of thoughts about ourselves.

The 5 tips and techniques to build confidence are:

  • Mastery - positive reflection and repetition

  • Vicarious - observing others

  • Support Network - helpful conversations

  • Our general health and wellbeing

  • Imagination!

In this episode I talk about “Self-Efficacy”, our general belief in whether we can perform tasks, or not…

Remember, our beliefs are part of our general Attitude to life, which is at the heart of Resilience.
