Welcome to Episode 7 of “How to build your Resilience”!

Have you ever noticed how you answer the question, "How was your day?"

Every time we answer any question about our experiences, it is an opportunity to imprint a "memory" in our brains. These memories will impact:

  • our beliefs

  • our attitude (the heart of Resilience!)

  • our self-confidence

Within this Episode, I chat about how you can notice HOW you are describing your life's experiences to yourself and the strategies you can put in place to acknowledge and re-frame them in ways that are still truthful, however, can be more helpful to you in general.
