Being a great leader takes investing in yourself.
If you can’t see “the wood for the trees” resilience will improve your ability to focus on the end-point/direction of travel.
Asking for help and working with others in a supportive and collaborative way is key to being more resilient. You can’t be an expert in everything, so having a supportive network is crucial.
In my online training programme, you will learn how to what you can do to re-charge and recuperate in order that you can face into your challenges and start getting results.
Build your resilience
You will gain an improved understanding of your Tipping Point and what you can do to re-charge and recuperate in order that you can face into your challenges.
Once you have gained a better understanding of your own Resilience, you will also be able to support building Resilience within the people you lead and your teams.
Build your network
Identify the network you need to be successful at work and life in general and help build your Resilience; clarify where you are now against that ideal and create an action plan so you can identify key people you need to bring into your personal network and those you would be better without, to give you a better balance between energisers and de-energisers.
Create a framework for success
We will also provide a framework for Feedback that will land so that you can ask your Network to provide you with what you want and need.
Once you have clarified this for yourself, you will have ideas and tips on how you can support your people and teams to build their own ideal Support Networks
