I know The Apprentice is a TV Programme, however, I do worry that too many people are seeing their behaviours as a way to lead and “get ahead”.

After the 2008 financial Crash, a “New Leaders Paradigm” was highlighted that would be a different way forward - and it requires Resilience as well as a healthy approach to Ego.

What does it really mean to ‘Thrive’?

When people are truly Resilient then they are “living”in a space of Thrive, rather than coping or surviving.

Thriving Leaders know their Strengths, are optimistic, know their Strengths and capabilities and can genuinely see challenges as opportunities. They are “enjoying” themselves most of the time, even if they are dealing with difficult situations.
